Our luxury European bungalows are the best way to rediscover connection with the the rhythms of the day, the fresh air, and native plants and animals. Each tent has large french doors that let in the sun and breeze and meadowlark song, a private deck to roast marshmallows and see the stars, designer furniture, and spa essentials to entice you to stay indoors even as the area's delights draw you away.

With native plant names like Wild Indigo and Little Bluestem, our bungalow is our luxury accommodation (350 sq ft) with private deck (225 sq ft) on an elevated platform. They are designed to delight you from the oversized french doors to the cozy vibe.

These gorgeous luxury bungalows have been imported from Europe to offer you a private, comfortable experience while enjoying all that the Black Hills region has to offer. Each bespoke bungalow is a stand-alone accommodation, with a private deck and ensuite bathroom. The decks are positioned above the valley floor to offer an unrestricted view of the Black Hills and are spaced at least 80 feet apart to ensure privacy.
Whether you’re enjoying your private 225 sq ft deck with a cool beverage and quiet laughter, lounging in your cozy king-size bed with a great podcast, or refreshing yourself with a hot shower after a day of rock climbing, your bungalow will create a sense of peace and serenity found few other places.
With only 8 bungalows, our guest list is delightfully short, allowing you complete seclusion or the option to engage in small ways with other guests at dinner, around the campfire, along the stream, or at one of our numerous locations around the property for relaxation.
You may have your own itinerary built to experience the over 4 million acres of public land and iconic national parks that are within a 90-minute drive of the resort. Our majordomo can provide detailed assistance in any experience or scheduling needs. Or perhaps it is time that you just unplugged and relaxed in the swimming hole or with a personalized picnic or a hammock on the grounds.
The staff’s only concern is crafting a stay that has special meaning for you, creates memories, and provides a sense of quiet luxury.
Your stay is inclusive of a continental breakfast, lunch, and fine-dining dinner in our farm-to-table Meander restaurant.

The place is perfect, it had been on my bucket list for a couple of years to stay at Cappie's, and we were finally able to make it happen. The craftsmanship is incredible and so interesting. All of the little details inside and out make you appreciate it even more. Such a neat place to unwind or rewind. We will definitely be back to stay, we loved it all. Concierge was excellent and super thorough and very accommodating!
